Service Status
Our Confluence apps are monitored by updown by periodically sending an HTTP HEAD request to the servers’ URL. You can find the status page for each QC Analytics app at: QC Analytics Confluence Apps status page.
Security Incident Process
In our company, we acknowledge that there is always margin for error. That is why we want to be proactive in detecting security issues, which allows us to address identified gaps as soon as possible to minimise the damage.
We aggregate logs from various sources in the hosting infrastructure and make use of a log management tool to monitor and flag any suspicious activity. Alerts have been set when an unexpected event takes place. These alerts are triaged, investigated further, and escalated appropriately.
Our customers are encouraged to report suspected security incidents through our Service Desk.
In the event of a serious security incident, together with external subject matter experts, we will investigate the incident and drive it to closure.

Users encounter several errors when using the QC Page Property macros

Status: RESOLVED
Resolution: On September 19, 2025, the QC Page Property macros failed to load, resulting in users seeing several errors when attempting to load the macros. After investigation, we identified that the issue was due to the app lacking the required admin permissions on the space.
To resolve the issue, a space admin needs to grant the app access via Space settings → Space access→ Users → Grant space admin permissions to QC Documents
Once permissions are granted, the macros will load correctly. If you continue to experience issues after updating permissions, please contact support.
Users encounter an error when using the QC Documents app

Resolution: On September 15, 2025, we identified an issue that caused the QC Documents users to see the following error when using the app: “The QC Documents for Confluence Cloud add-on could not complete this action”. The issue was fully resolved on September 17, and the app is functioning as expected.
The QC R&U Email Notifications are not delivered correctly.

Resolution: On July 31, 2025, we identified an issue where the QC R&U Email Notifications were not delivered correctly to users. The issue was resolved without any new code releases, and all QC R&U Email Notifications are being sent correctly.
The QC R&U My Overview table wasn’t loading correctly.

Resolution: On July 30, 2025, the QC R&U My Overview table failed to load due to a temporary server overload. The issue was mitigated by stabilizing server performance, with no code changes or releases required.
The QC Read & Understood app was experiencing some issues that affected the report tables.

Issue with QC R&U page update notifications

Resolution: On April 1, 2025, we identified an issue affecting the QC Read & Understood app and page update notifications. As a precaution, the notifications feature was temporarily disabled on April 2 during our investigation and resolution process. The issue was fully resolved, and the feature was re-enabled on April 3, 2025.
