The QC Read & Understood app now provides improved filtering options to ensure that R&U progress reflects active users accurately.
How to Use the “User Status” Filter on QC R&U Space Overview

Go to Space settings and from the “App links” menu select the “QC Read & Understood” option

Navigate to the “Overview” tab and locate the “User Status” dropdown.

Choose from the following options:

All Users (Default): Displays R&U data for both active and unlicensed users.

Only Active: Displays R&U data for users who are currently active in your site/space.

Only Unlicensed: Displays R&U data for users who are no longer active (marked as User Name (Unlicensed) in the tables).

Click the “Reload” button to apply the filter and update the displayed R&U progress.

From the “Apps” menu at the left sidebar, select the “QC R&U Site Overview” option

Locate the “User Status” dropdown.

Choose from the following options:

How This Improves R&U Reporting

The total R&U status within the table will dynamically adjust based on the selected User Status filter.

You can now ensure that reports reflect the correct progress only for currently active users, preventing outdated data from affecting compliance tracking.
Always click the “Reload” button after selecting a filter to ensure the updated R&U data is displayed correctly.
