Approval Statuses

In the QC Approvals app, approval tracking is managed through two main types of statuses:

  • Version Status: Reflects the overall signing state of a version.

  • Signers’ Status: Indicates the individual state of each assigned signer.

Version Status

The Version Status reflects the approval progress of a particular version (Major or Minor). It is influenced by:

  • The type of version (Major or Minor)

  • Whether approvals are enabled

  • Whether signers have been added

  • The percentage of signers who have completed their tasks

  • Whether the version has been fully signed or rejected
