In the QC Approvals app, approval tracking is managed through two main types of statuses:

Version Status: Reflects the overall signing state of a version.

Signers’ Status: Indicates the individual state of each assigned signer.
Version Status
The Version Status reflects the approval progress of a particular version (Major or Minor). It is influenced by:

The type of version (Major or Minor)

Whether approvals are enabled

Whether signers have been added
-
The percentage of signers who have completed their tasks

Whether the version has been fully signed or rejected

Note: If even one signer rejects the version, the Version Status is immediately set to Rejected, regardless of other signers’ actions.

Each signer is assigned an individual Signer Status, reflecting their personal action on the version.
