This means that the installation wasn’t successful. Seems like the connection with Atlassian is responsible for that. Trying to reinstall the addon usually resolves the issue.

Make sure the admin group was granted the right permissions. Go to Space Settings > Permissions > Groups and under the “Pages” column select the “Add” check box. Note that the group should also have “View” permissions.

There is a feature implemented in the QC Read & Understood that lets you add multiple users on multiple pages. For more information, see here.

Yes, the QC Read & Understood app works on a free Confluence Cloud, however, since you are not able to edit the space permissions, you may miss a few really interesting features of the app.

To streamline the R&U process, archived pages are now excluded from the QC R&U tables. This ensures that only active content is displayed for better visibility and focus.

The QC Status app has recently been migrated to Forge, and these two macros have been deprecated, resulting in the “Page Property Report Functionality Deprecated” error. This decision was made as Atlassian will no longer support certain elements that we used to build them. You can find more about the recent Atlassian changes here.
